I am a psychotherapist with over twenty years of experience working with adults living with a wide range of life challenges and mental health conditions. I have experience working in community mental health, outpatient addictions programs, an infectious disease clinic, as well as college counseling.

I bring a person-centered and strengths-based approach to my clinical work. I value the importance of a strong client-therapist relationship and work to develop trust and rapport as the foundation of our work together. I use an eclectic approach incorporating cognitive behavioral methods with a trauma informed lens. I also understand that one’s relationship to their society and community play as important a role as one’s relationship to themselves.

I earned my BA at Kenyon College and my MSW at Boston University, with a Certificate in Behavioral Medicine.

Outside of work I’m an avid reader, enjoy art - both creating it and exploring it, spend time with family, and care for myself by going on long walks with our very active dog.
