Why Therapy?
Coming to therapy can take courage and a leap of faith. It takes time to connect with a new therapist. The hope is it a safe space for you to explore current and past challenges, develop new coping strategies, and feel greater control over your response to life’s stressors. People come to therapy for many reasons: to learn more about themselves, to navigate challenging life transitions, to cope with grief, manage difficult relationships, and develop skills, to name a few.
